You Are a Perfect Yet Expanding Being

                                          http://www.freegiftsforyou.in/

You Are a Perfect Yet Expanding Being, in a Perfect Yet Expanding World, in a
Perfect Yet Expanding Universe

It is important that you know these things:

• You are a physical extension of Source Energy.

• The physical world you live in provides a perfect environment in which to create.

• The variety that exists helps you focus your own personal desires or preferences.

• When a desire is focused within you, the summoning of Creative Life Force immediately begins to flow
toward your desire—and the Universe expands. And that is good.

• Your conscious realization of the Creative Process is not necessary in order for it to continue.

• The Leading-Edge environment that you are physically focused in will continue to stimulate new desires
in all who participate.

• Every desire or preference, no matter how large or small it may seem to you, is understood and
answered by All-That-Is.

• As every desire from every perceiver is answered, the Universe expands.

• As the Universe expands, the variety expands.

• As the variety expands, your experience expands.

• As your experience expands, your desire expands.

• As your desire expands, the answering of your desire expands.

• And the Universe expands—and that is good. In fact, it is perfect.

• You live in an eternally expanding environment, which constantly causes newly focused desires within
you, which Source immediately and always answers.

• With each receiving of that which you are asking for, you achieve a new vantage point from which you
spontaneously ask again.

• And so, the expansion of the Universe and your personal expansion will always be as follows:

— You live in an expanding Universe.

— You live in an expanding physical world.

— You are an expanding Being.

— And all of this is, whether you consciously understand it or not.

— This Universe is eternally expanding, and so are you.

— And that is good.

You Are a Vibrational Transmitter and Receiver

                                         http://www.freegiftsforyou.in/

You Are a Vibrational Transmitter and Receiver
Now you are ready to understand the most essential part of controlling, creating, and enjoying your
physical life experience. Even more than the material being that you have come to know as you—you are
a Vibrational Being. When someone looks at you, they see you with their eyes and hear you with their
ears, but you are presenting yourself to them, and to the Universe, in a much more emphatic way than
can be seen or heard: You are a vibrational transmitter, and you are broadcasting your signal in every
moment of your existence.
As you are focused in this physical body, and while you are awake, you are constantly projecting a very
specific, easily identifiable signal that is instantly received, understood, and answered. Immediately, your
present and future circumstances begin to change in response to the signal you are offering now. And so,
the entire Universe, right now, is affected by what you are offering.
You Are an Eternal Personality, Focusing in the Now
Your world, present and future, is directly and specifically affected by the signal that you are now
transmitting. The personality that is You is really an eternal personality, but who you are right now, and
what you are thinking right now, is causing a focusing of Energy that is very powerful. This Energy that
you are focusing is the same Energy that creates worlds. And it is, in this very moment, creating your
world.
You have a built-in, easy-to-understand guidance system within you, with indicators that help you
understand the strength or power of your signal, as well as the direction of your focus. And, most
important, it is this very same guidance system that helps you understand the alignment of your chosen
thought with the Energy Stream itself.
Your feelings are the representatives of your guidance system. In other words, the way you feel is your
true indicator of your alignment with your Source, and of your alignment with your own intentions—both
pre-birth and currently.
Your Powerful Beliefs Were Once Gentle Thoughts
Every thought that has ever been thought still exists, and whenever you focus upon a thought, you
activate the vibration of that thought within you. So, whatever you are currently giving your attention to
is an activated thought. But when you turn your attention away from a thought, it becomes dormant, or
no longer active. The only way to consciously deactivate a thought is to activate another. In other words,
the only way to deliberately withdraw your attention from one thought is to give your attention to
another.
When you give your attention to anything, the vibration, at first, is not very strong, but if you continue to
think about it or speak about it, the vibration gets stronger. So, with enough attention to any subject, it
can become a dominant thought. As you give more and more attention to any thought, and as you focus
upon it and therefore practice the vibration of it—the thought becomes an even bigger part of your
vibration—and you could now call this practiced thought a belief.
The Longer You Think Thoughts, the Stronger They Become
Because the Law of Attraction is behind the expansion of your thoughts, it is not possible to give your
attention to something without achieving an alignment with it to some degree. And so, the longer you
ponder the thought, and the more frequently you return to the thought, the stronger your vibrational
alignment becomes.
As you achieve a stronger alignment with any thought, you then begin to feel emotions that indicate your
increased or decreased alignment with your own Source. In other words, as you give more of your
attention to any subject, your emotional reading of either harmony or disharmony with who you really are
becomes stronger. If the subject of your attention is in alignment with what the Source of your Being
knows, you would feel the harmony of your thoughts in the form of good feelings. But if the subject of
your attention is not in alignment with what your Source knows it to be, you would feel the disharmony of
your thoughts in the form of bad feelings.
Your Attention to It Invites It In
Every thought that you give your attention to expands and becomes a bigger part of your vibrational mix.
Whether it is a thought of something you want or a thought of something you do not want—your attention
to it invites it into your experience.
Since this is an attraction-based Universe, there is no such thing as exclusion. Everything is about
inclusion. So, when you see something that you would like to experience and you focus upon it, shouting
yes to it, you include it in your experience. But when you see something that you would not want to
experience, and you focus upon it, shouting no at it, you also include that in your experience. You do not
invite it in with your yes and exclude it with your no, because there is no exclusion in this attractionbased
Universe. Your focus is the invitation. Your attention to it is the invitation.
And so, those who are mostly observers thrive in good times but suffer in bad times because what they
are observing is already vibrating, and as they observe it, they include it in their vibrational countenance;
and as they include it, the Universe accepts that as their point of attraction—and gives them more of the
essence of it. So, for an observer, the better it gets, the better it gets; or the worse it gets, the worse it
gets. However, one who is a visionary thrives in all times.
With your practiced attention to any subject, the Law of Attraction delivers circumstances, conditions,
experiences, other people, and all manner of things that match your habitual dominant vibration. And as
things begin to manifest around you that match the thoughts you have been holding, you now develop
stronger and stronger vibrational habits or proclivities. And so, your once small and insignificant thought
has now evolved into a powerful belief—and your powerful beliefs will always be played out in your
experience.

THOUGHT : THE MOST POWERFUL SOURCE

                                         http://www.freegiftsforyou.in/

You Are Standing on the Leading Edge of Thought
They like to refer to the place where you are standing as the Leading Edge of Thought, for as you stand
there—in your physical body, in your physical environment, having your physical experience—you are the
furthermost extension of that which we are.
All that has ever been before is culminating into that which you now are. And just as all of your
experience, from the time of your birth into your physical body until now, has culminated into who you
now are, all that has ever been experienced by All-That-Is has culminated into all that is now being
experienced in the physical life experience on Planet Earth.
As every person on your planet is having experiences that are causing their desires to be born, a sort of
mass summoning is occurring, which literally equals the evolution of your planet. And so, the more you
interact, the more your personal preferences are being identified and radiated... and the more of your
preferences that are being radiated, the more are being answered. As such, a powerful Stream of Source
Energy is now stretched out before you from which your individual, personal preferences will be received.
In other words, because of what so many have lived and are living, and because of the summoning power
of so many of their desires, the Well-Being of your future experience is well in place. And, in like manner,
your current desires will, in turn, provide an Energy stream for future generations to benefit from.
If You Can Desire It, the Universe Can Produce It
If your involvement in your time-space-reality inspires within you any sincere desire, then the Universe
has the means to supply the results that you seek. Because your ability to reach for more expands with
each achievement that came before, the expansion may feel breathtaking to those just coming to
understand the power of it, but it may feel absolutely normal to those who have already come to
understand and expect Well-Being to flow constantly into their experience. The Stream of Well-Being
flows even if you do not understand that it does, but when you consciously become aligned with it, your
creative endeavors become so much more satisfying, for then you discover that there is absolutely
nothing that you desire that you cannot achieve.
It Works, Whether You Understand It or Not
It is not necessary that you fully understand the complexities of this eternally expanding environment in
order to reap the benefits of that which it has become, but it is necessary that you find a way to go with
the flow of the Well-Being that is stretched out before you. So, in that effort, we offer these words:
There is only a Stream of Well-Being that flows. You can allow it or resist it, but it flows just the same.
You would not walk into a brightly lit room and look for the “dark switch.” In other words, you would not
expect to find a switch that would flood an inkv darkness into the room to cover the brightness of the
light—you would find a switch that would resist the light, for in the absence of the light there is darkness.
And, in like manner, there is not a Source of “evil”, but there could be a resisting of that which you
believe is Good, just as there is not a Source of sickness, but there could be a resisting of the natural
Well-Being.
Without Asking, You Will Receive No Answer
Sometimes people will compliment Esther for being able to receive the wisdom of Abraham, and for
putting it into written or spoken word for others to experience and receive benefit from, and we also add
our appreciation to that. But we also want to point out that Esther’s receiving and translation of our
vibration is only part of the equation. Without the asking that precedes it, there could be no answering.
The people of your times are benefiting dramatically from the experiences of those generations that
preceded you, for through the experiences that they lived, and the desires that were generated within
them, the summoning began. And today, you are the ones on the Leading Edge of reaping the benefits of
what those past generations asked for; at the same time, you are continuing to ask, and you are now
summoning... and on it goes. So can you see how, if you can find a way to allow it, there is an avalanche
of Well-Being at your fingertips, ripe for your plucking—provided you are in vibrational alignment with it?
(And can you not see why—since there is never a crowd on the Leading Edge—you are not going to have a
lot of people you can talk to about this?)
These days, there are some people experiencing intense hardships or traumas, and because of how they
are living right now, their asking is in a heightened and intense place. And because of the intensity of
their request, Source is responding in kind. And although the person who is doing the asking is usually so
involved in the trauma that they are not personally receiving the benefit of their own asking, future
generations—or even current generations who are not, right now, disallowing—are receiving the benefit of
that asking.
We are giving this to you by way of helping you understand: There is an unlimited Stream of Well-Being
and an abundance of all manner of things available to you at all times—but you must be in alignment with
the receiving of those things. You cannot stand in resistance of them and receive them at the same time.
Open the Floodgates and Let Your Well-Being Flow In
See yourself, right where you are now, as the beneficiary of the powerful Stream of Well-Being. Try to
imagine that you are basking in the flow of this powerful stream. Make an effort to feel yourself as the
Leading-Edge beneficiary of this unlimited stream, and smile and try to accept that you are worthy of it.
Your ability to feel your worthiness of the powerful Stream of Well-Being will undoubtedly depend on
what is happening in your life right now. Under some conditions you feel utterly blessed, and under others
you feel not so blessed, and it is our desire that, as you read this book, you will come to understand that
to the degree you feel blessed and expect good things to flow to you, this indicates the level of your state
of allowing; and to the degree that you do not feel blessed, where you do not expect good things to come
to you, this indicates your degree of resistance. And it is our desire that, as you continue to read, you will
feel able to release any habits of thought that have resulted in your disallowing of the Stream.
We want you to understand that if it were not for resistant thoughts you have picked up along your
physical trail that are not in vibrational alignment with the Stream of Well-Being, you would be, right
now, a full receiver of that Stream—for you are a literal extension of it.
You (and how you feel) is all that is responsible for whether you let in your inheritance of Well-Being or
not. And while those around you may influence you, more or less, to allow or not allow that Stream, it is
ultimately all up to you. You can open the floodgates and let in your Well-Being, or your can choose
thoughts that keep you pinched off from what is yours—but whether you allow it or resist it, the stream is
constantly flowing to you, never ending, never tiring, always there for your reconsideration.
You Are in the Perfect Position to Get There from Here
Nothing has to change in your environment or in the circumstances that surround you for you to begin to
deliberately allow your own connection to the Stream of Well-Being. You could be in prison, you could
have been diagnosed with a terminal illness, you could be facing bankruptcy, or you could be in the
middle of a divorce. Still, you are in the perfect place, right now, to begin. And we also want you to
understand that this will not require a great deal of time, for it only requires a simple understanding of
the Universal Laws, and a determination to move toward a state of allowing.
When you drive your vehicle from place to place, you have an awareness of your starting place as well as
an awareness of where you are going. You accept that you cannot get there instantaneously; you accept
that you will travel the distance, and in time, you will arrive at your destination. And while you may feel
anxious to get there, and maybe even tire of the journey, you do not get so discouraged at the midway
mark that you just turn around and go back to your starting place. You do not drive back and forth and
back and forth from your starting point to the midway point and then finally collapse from the neverending
journey.
You do not announce your inability to accomplish your journey. You accept the distance between your
starting place and where you desire to be—and you continue to move in the direction of your destination.
You understand what is required—and you do it. And we want you to come to know that the journey
between where you are and where you want to be—on all subjects—can be just as eas-llv understood.

You Get What You Think About, Whether You Want It or Not

                                            http://www.freegiftsforyou.in/

By the powerful Universal Law of Attraction, you draw to you the essence of whatever you are
predominantly thinking about. So if you are dominantly thinking about the things that you desire, your life
experience reflects those things. And, in the same way, if you are predomimantly thinking about what you
do not want, your life experience reflects those things.
Whatever you are thinking about is like planning a future event. When you are appreciating, you are
planning. When you are worrying, you are planning. (Worrying is using your imagination to create
something you do not want.)
Even thought, every idea, every Being every thing, is vibrational, to when you focus your attention on
something, even for a short period of time, the vibration of your Being begins to reflect the vibration of
that which you are giving your attention to. The more you think about it, the more you vibrate like it; the
more you vibrate like it, the more of that which is like it is attracted to you. That trend of attraction will
continue to increase until a different vibration is offered by you. And when a different vibration is
offered, things that match that vibration are then drawn to you, by you.
When you understand the Law of Attraction, you are never surprised by what occurs in your experience,
for you understand that you have invited every bit of it in—through your own thought process. Nothing can
occur in your life experience without your invitation of it through your thought.
Because there are no exceptions to the powerful Law of Attraction, a thorough understanding of it is easy
to achieve. And once you understand that you get what you think about, and, equally important, when
you are aware of what you are thinking, then you are in the position to exercise absolute control of your
own experience.

The Science of Deliberate Creation

                                         http://www.freegiftsforyou.in/

We want to assist you in the deliberate realization of the things that your environment has inspired within
you, for we want you to experience the exhilaration of joyously, consciously, creating your own reality.
You do create your own reality. No one else does. And, you create your own reality even if you do not
understand that you do so. For that reason, you often create by default. When you are consciously aware
of your own thoughts, and you are deliberately offering them, then you are the deliberate creator of your
own reality—and that is what you intended when you made the decision to come forth into this body.
Your desires and beliefs are just thoughts: “Ask and it is given.” You ask through your attention, through
your wanting, through your desire—that is the asking (whether you desire it to happen, or you desire it
not to happen, you are asking... You do not have to use your words. You just have to feel it in your being:
I desire this. I adore this. I appreciate this, and so on. That desire is the beginning of all attraction.
You never grow tired of expansion or of creation, for there is no ending to the new ideas of desires that
flow. With every new idea of something you would like to experience, possess, or know... will come its
actualization or manifestation—and with that manifestation will also come a new perspective from which
you will desire. The contrast, or variety, never ends, so the sprouting forth of new desires will never end,
and as that “asking” never ends, the “answering” never ceases to flow. And so, new perspectives will
always be yours. New contrasts, and new inspiring desires and perspectives, will be laid out eternally
before you.
Once you relax into the idea that you will never cease to be, that new desires will be constantly born
within you, that Source will never stop answering your desires, and that your expansion is, therefore,
eternal, then you may begin to relax if, in this moment, there is something that you desire that has not
yet come to fruition.
It is our desire that you become one who is happy with that which you are and with that which you have—
while at the same time being eager for more. That is the optimal creative vantage point: To stand on the
brink of what is coming, feeling eager, optimistic anticipation—with no feeling of impatience, doubt, or
unworthiness hindering the receiving of it—that is the Science of Deliberate Creation at its best

You Are a Physical Extension of Source Energy

                                          http://www.freegiftsforyou.in/

You are an extension of Source Energy. You are standing on the Leading Edge of thought. Your timespace-
reality was set into motion through the power of thought long before it manifested in the physical
form in which you see it now. Everything in your physical environment was created from Non-Physical
perspective by that which you call Source. And just as Source created your world, and you, through the
power of focused thought, you are continuing to create your world from your Leading-Edge place in this
time-space-reality.
You and that which you call Source are the same.
You cannot be separated from Source.
Source is never separated from you.
When we think of you, we think of Source.
When we think of Source, we think of you.
Source never offers a thought that causes separation from you.
You cannot offer a thought that would cause total separation (separation is actually far too strong of a
word), but you can offer thoughts that are different enough in vibrational nature to hinder your natural
connection with Source. We refer to that condition as resistance.
The only form of resistance, or hindrance of your connection to that which is Source, is offered by you
from your physical perspective. Source is always fully available to you, and Well-Being is constantly
extended to you, and often you are in the state of allowing this Well-Being, but sometimes you are not.
We want to assist you in consciously allowing your connection, more of the time, to Source,
As extensions of Non-Physical Energy, you are taking thought beyond that which it has been before—and
through contrast, you trill come to conclusions or decisions. And once you align with your desire, the Non-
Physical Energy that creates worlds will flow through you... which means enthusiasm, passion, and
triumph. That is your destiny.
From the Non-Physical, You created you; and now from the physical, you continue to create. We all must
have objects of attention, desires that are ringing our bells, in order to feel the fullness of who we are
flowing through us for the continuation of All-That-Is. That desire is what puts the eternalness in eternity.

Challenge Your Limiting Beliefs

Challenge Your Limiting Beliefs right now and find out how you can unlock your inner potential and change your life fast. Anyone who uncovers the secret to changing their limiting beliefs will be able to do absolutely anything.
Benefits of Challenging Your Limiting Beliefs
    • Take Your Life Back
    • Stop Bad Habits
    • Gain Confidence
    • Overcome Major Obsiticles
    • Change Bad Personality Traits To Good Ones
    • Undo Lifelong Damages
    • Lower Your Stress
Limiting beliefs are things you believe to be true about yourself or anything else in your life that keep you from achieving your goals. Everyone has a lot of different beliefs about many different things in their lives, but the ones we need to eliminate are the ones that limit us from getting what we want.  These need to be completely eliminated from your life asap. I’m going to go over a few more benefits then I’ll get on to some great tips and advice to take control of your beliefs right now.
It’s hard to sum up limiting beliefs in just a few paragraphs, but think of it like this. If your parents told you that you couldn’t do something when you were a child and you accepted that, then you have been living your entire life with the belief that you could not do that particular thing. What you did was accept that your parents were right for whatever reason and let this control your life every time this certain thing came up. You do this subconsciously without even realizing it. It could be that you avoid a certain situation or that you don’t speak a sentence that you know will lead the events to put you in the spot where you will be faced with the thing you cannot do. Also, this doesn’t have to be caused by another person. It could be that you failed the first try or got scarred and never even made the attempt. When you did this and started to avoid the situation you programmed your beliefs that you cannot do this, and you won’t be able to with a limiting belief such as this. These kinds of beliefs are the ones that are limiting you or in other words keeping you from achieving you goals and living your dreams.
Everyone has limiting beliefs about things in their life. Either from past experiences or from things other people are saying to them everyday. Truthfully, its up to you to pick out the things you are going to believe. Ultimately you are in control all of your beliefs. When you learn what your limiting beliefs are you can change them to positive beliefs, and your entire life will turn around. This whole process doesn’t take years of practice, money, counseling, a lot of time, or anything else at all. It’s a really basic concept that can change in an instant.  There is no way you aren’t already using your beliefs right now or you wouldn’t be alive and functioning today.
So since you are already using beliefs (trust me you are probably using hundreds of them everyday) then you already have mastered the art of putting beliefs in control of your life. You have already won half of the battle to getting positive beliefs in control of your life and making drastic life changes now. When I say now I don’t mean weeks or years, I mean tonight as soon as you finish reading this article. Keep reading on and I’m going to tell you how.
Tips & Advice to Help You Overcome Your Limiting Beliefs
    • Understand How Beliefs Control Your Life
    • Understand That You Are In Control Of Your Beliefs
    • Have Self-Confidence
    • Learn About Limiting Beliefs
    • Take Control Of Your Beliefs
    • Be Optimistic
Limiting Beliefs can stop you from doing everything you want to do. The good news is you are in control of your beliefs and can change them once you better understand the process. At this point you should have a basic understanding of how beliefs are working in your life. If not I’ll sum it up for you. You and your mind are one and the same. Your mind sets beliefs that you have, and you are in full control of those beliefs. Those beliefs control your subconscious and are the reason it thinks and reacts to any situation. The subconscious mind controls your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Your thoughts, emotions, and actions control your life. So by controlling your beliefs you will be in control of your life.

So how do I start controlling my beliefs? It’s really simple actually. All you need to do is to start replacing things you believe such as “I can’ts” with ” I cans.” Even if you have failed hundreds of times in the past and you aren’t equipped for success right now, it doesn’t matter. If you start thinking you can instead of the other thoughts you will start taking action to actually do the thing you couldn’t do before. That simple.

An example would be you think you can’t ride a bike, either because someone told you that you couldn’t or you tried and failed. Now you take the “I can’t ride a bike” and replace it with “I can ride a bike.” Keep repeating this in your head and honestly you must start believing that you can ride a bike. This will send the message to your subconscious mind that you can ride a bike. It will filter down and the next time you come to a situation for riding a bike you will have a “good feeling” about riding the bike. Even if you fail you will know that you can ride the bike if you keep trying. This will help motivate to keep pushing yourself even after failure. Before you know it you will be riding a bike and it will become very easy for you.
It’s really that simple to change a belief and you don’t have to worry about how it will work for you. As long as you believe something enough the cards will play out just right to make that action happen in your life. You can do this for anything just give it a shot.
Now changing the belief is easy, but there can be a hard part. That is picking out what is a limiting belief for you. You will have to dig deep into your mind to uncover what you really believe about things in your life. Look at your long-term goals and find things that are holding you back. Listen to what your mind says about these particular holdups in your life and look for the “I can’ts.”  When you dig into your mind you will uncover that you have more limiting beliefs that you would ever have thought. On average a person encounters about 20 limiting beliefs everyday and doesn’t even realize it. Take action now and change your limiting beliefs to “I can” beliefs and you will be happy that you did.

    Life Lessons from Buddha

Life lessons from Buddha are generated to help people understand life better and meaningfully. Siddhartha Gautama is an Indian spiritual leader who established Buddhism. He was considered ‘the enlightened one’ or ‘the awakened one’ and his teachings became the foundations of life of the people in Buddhism. Buddha was a wise man and as a Supreme Buddha, he introduced life teachings that even people outside Buddhism can reflect on and use as a guide in going through the difficult path of life. Today, I am going to share the important life lessons from Buddha so people can also live in a way that is full of positivity regardless of the religion one has. Pick great life teachings from these life lessons from Buddha and you will be ready to go through your life meaningfully.
    1. Life is never easy
As Buddhism states “A jug fills drop by drop,” it implicates that life must be full of patience and in order to succeed. As jugs are filled one second at a time, people also attain success one step at a time. Those who are willing to start small will end up filling their jugs and harvesting the fruits of their labor. All people start from drops in their jugs and without patience and sacrifice, they can never see their jugs fill up. So Buddha inculcates in people’s minds that patience is a virtue in this world where life never starts from success, but begins small.
    2. Our thoughts shape our reality
Buddha said in his teachings that the mind is everything. “What you think you become.” So if you want to create your reality as a positive one, you must fill your thoughts with good things. As they say, if a man speaks or acts evil, pain follows him. But if a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows. What you think of dictates your actions and your actions dictates the outcomes. Everything that starts from right thinking ends up in a favourable outcome. Buddha also states that “all wrong-doing arises because of mind.” So to live happily and productively, leave all those negative thoughts behind and start filling your mind with positive ones.
    3. Learn to forgive and forget
Anger is like a fire that slowly burns you down unless you learn to forgive. Those who hold grudges in their hearts are captivated in their own prison. You can never move on and experience life fully if you are held in that darkness. In this line, learn to let go of your anger and exercise or embrace forgiveness because it is only in this way that you get out of the prison that you and only you has created.
    4. Actions speak louder than words
Buddha was also the one who popularized this saying. What good do holy words do if you do not act upon these words? Words are powerful, but they won’t do anything unless you enact them. If you want to achieve progress, you must act quickly because it is only in these acts that you can achieve something.
    5. Understand others
People always seek to be understood, yet they fail to understand others. When you are in conflict with another person, never allow anger to set in unless you have sought to understand the person. Understanding others is also a key to happiness and happiness is more important than being right. So instead of seeking understanding from other people, start in yourself and understand others in their capacity.
    6. Seek peace within
People equate peace to a new house, new car, new job, and even new relationships, but true peace emanates from within us and not from others. Peace is a perspective that you are living your life happily and peacefully so instead of seeking things to give you peace, reflect and find peace within you.
    7. Surmount yourself
Winning a thousand battles may be the goal of many, but the battle against your own self is the greatest victory of all. Conquering yourself means taking control over your thinking and it is in this way that you can control whatever actions you may be doing. People may say that is very difficult to control thoughts. Well, liken this to stopping a bird build a nest in your head. You may not stop the board from flying towards you, but you certainly can stop whatever nest the bird may be doing on top of you. Never allow thoughts that are in contrast to your desires take control over you.
    8. Show gratitude
No matter how small you had today, being thankful shows how contented you are and contentment is synonymous to happiness. If you didn’t learn a lot today, at least you learned a little that will get you through life. If you lost one of your material things, at least you didn’t lose your life. There are always things to be thankful for everyday and all you need to do is look into these things with a positive attitude and recognize that the things you have in life are worth thanking for.
    9. Material things won’t give you true happiness
I have learned this life lesson from Buddha after realizing that all those gadgets, money, designer clothes and even the most expensive car won’t make you happy for long. Material things lead to more cravings and these cravings are the root of sufferings and bitterness. Learn to leave all those material things for a day and you will learn that those things that cannot be counted and held are more important in life.
    10. Nothing in this world is permanent
All things don’t last forever. Your sufferings and even your successes don’t come with you forever. Well, this explains that we should always take advantage of whatever we have now because they won’t be with us for long. This life lesson from Buddha is also very comforting in times of sorrows and failures as nothing in this world is permanent. We can always go through all of these heartaches as long as we take actions and view life positively.
All these life lessons from Buddha are important guides for people in all religious sects and nationalities as life experiences are universal. Buddha has made a lot of great teachings that if we use in our daily encounters, we may find peace, joy, contentment and true happiness within us.

When you first get started with analyzing and following your dreams you might not realize the importance of this. This is very important to finding and maintaining long-term happiness. You dreams are a way for your subconscious mind to communicate to you, what it wants you to do or what you need to do in order to get your life back together. The problem most people have with this is that their dreams may seem weird or they might not remember them at all. That’s Ok with a little help from dream recall techniques and a dream dictionary you will be on your way to understanding exactly what you dreams are telling you.
When you start learning to decode your dreams you will unlock several mysteries about the way you think and they things you really want out of life. This is a great way to learn to live your passion. Because of your pursuit of happiness through dreams you will uncover your passion automatically.
You might not flat-out realize what you life goals are, but with a little understanding of the way you dream your life goals should become obvious. Life goals can be tricky things to understand. Some life goals might be so mysterious that you may not unlock them until the later part of your life. This is completely normal and there are millions of people all ages who do not clearly know what their life goals are. Just about everyone will tell you they want to be rich. If you notice though that most people who do end up rich aren’t happy. It’s because they thought that was their life goal, so they pursued it and in the end got what they wanted. But, it really wasn’t what they wanted and they ended up unhappy and rich. Understand your dreams and you won’t be as likely to pursue a false goal.
When you get on track with your mind you will become more in tune with life. You will start to have things falling into place without you even realizing it. Your mind is a very powerful resource especially in you personal life. When you and your mind are in sync you will develop what’s referred to as intuition. Intuition is like a sixth sense or as some people say “gut feeling” about things that happen in your life. When you start to follow this around you will find it leads to a lot of true happiness.
Apart from the other benefits from living your dreams you will be developing better sleep habits. This in turn will allow you to have better and deeper sleep. The deeper your sleep the more you will dream.
Tips & Advice for Following Your Dreams
    • Realize the Importance Of Your Dreams
    • Learn Dream Recall
    • Start a Dream Journal
    • Buy/Find a Dream Dictionary
    • Analyze Your Dreams
    • Trust Yourself/Subconscious
    • Take Action
To start following your dreams first you must remember and understand them. Dream recall is one of the best techniques to start remembering your dreams. It’s actually really simple to do. Take a small notebook and a pen and place it beside your bed. Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep because you won’t dream until a few hours in. When you wake up in the morning try really hard to remember anything you can about your dreams and whatever it is you remember quickly write it down on the piece of paper. This notebook will be your dream journal. Each day write anything you can in your dream journal and eventually you will be able to remember more and more of your dreams. If you can’t remember anything at all when you wake up set your alarm for one hour before you normally wake up and try to achieve sudden wake-up. You sleep runs in cycles that are usually about 90 minutes each.  You dream the most in whats refereed to as REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. REM sleep is only about 20 minutes out of each cycle, but during this time you will have the most vivid dreams. If you can set an alarm and pull yourself out of REM sleep quickly you will have a great chance of remembering your dreams. If you still can’t remember your dreams or you don’t think you dream you can use a natural sleep aid such as melatonin to help you achieve deeper sleep. Get at least 7 days in your dream journal then proceed to a dream dictionary.
When using a dream dictionary pay really close attention to the details from your dreams. You might have to sort through a lot of random things before you find the deeper meaning. Also, I want to note out that different dream dictionaries will give you a slightly different interpretation of things, but generally they are not to far off. You can buy a dream dictionary from most any bookstore or just do a search online for one and you will find one for free.
After you get a dream dictionary and start putting together the meaning of your dreams you should start to see a pattern of things you are wanting or common meanings of your dreams. Analyzing your dreams is an important step in getting into the life you truly want. When are uncovering the meanings of dreams you will have to learn to trust yourself and your intuition. At first it might seem like these things are a little bit off (or in some cases way off), but have faith in your minds ability to judge want you really need in order to be happy. You mind will tell you in the form of “gut feelings” if you are in the right place at the right time or if your not. A great way to develop this inner trust is when you are looking through the dream dictionaries and you find meaning for you dreams, you will have a gut feeling telling you if you are on track on not. This is how you are going to know which meanings are the ones you are really after and which ones are just bogus.
Once you get a clear picture of what your long term goals are going to be then start taking action. Make moves that lead you in the direction your dreams have told you and watch your life unfold in a new directions. If you have had a lifelong dream and just kept pushing it away, start to uncover its meanings and make changes to accommodate it. You only live once, so you need to pursue the things in life that make you truly happy. If you uncover a secret about yourself in the process don’t hide it and quit doing dream research. The more you bury these secrets the more stress and unhappiness you will put on yourself. Once you have the right tools, following your dreams is all up to you. I know you can figure this out and I believe in your ability to make your life better!

    What does Love stand for?

Some people throw the word ‘love’ around to describe how they feel about everything. Some people will say that they love the new book that they read or that they love the new pair of shoes they bought, but is love really the appropriate word in these situations? Love is not something that describes an interest in something; it is much deeper than that. So, really, what does love stand for?
Love stands for acceptance. When you really love someone you accept them for everything that they are, without trying to change them. When you attempt to make someone different than they are, that is called rejection. Rejection does not provoke feelings of love in your or in them, instead it provokes more negative feelings like anger and hate.
Also, when it comes to acceptance and love, you don’t truly love someone because of one trait or quality that they possess and then stop loving them if they lose it. No, you love them for the traits, personality, qualities, and quirks that make them who they are now and who they will be in the future. And as time goes on, you allow them to change, and you accept the person that they decide to become.
Love stands for sacrifice. Love for others means putting yourself second sometimes. Doing something for someone else that makes them happy or makes their life richer, in spite of your own loss, is an act of sacrifice that stems from love. This is why the romantic movie, in which the man sacrifices his happiness for his true loves happiness, touches us so deeply. It is an act of true love to give up something for someone else.
Of course, there is the all-important self-love as well. This means putting yourself first sometimes and sacrificing others happiness. This kind of love means looking into your inner-self and doing what’s right for you. It involves making some selfish decisions that benefit you and your future by saying the word no sometimes, and instead, doing what you really want to do. It also involves decisions that make you happy and safe in life. As a bonus, this kind of self-love teaches others how you want to be treated.
Love stands for kindness. When we think of someone like Mother Theresa, who loved all of Earth’s creatures, love and kindness go hand in hand. This kindness extends from having the ability to care about other people, and their feelings and happiness, on a daily basis. Looking at life from their perspective allows you to treat them in a way that will uplift their day. After all, everyone wants happiness in their life, and when you truly love someone, you will recognize that need.
Love stands for patience. Seeing past the annoying habits of someone can be hard, but if you love them, then you tend to love them despite their annoying habits. True love makes us more tolerant towards others. We avoid giving them criticism, and instead we find the patience to allow them to be who they are without complaint.
Love stands for passion. This is how so many of us know that we have fallen in love with someone, be it during dating or otherwise. We start to feel passionate about them and their lives, and that enthusiasm about them makes us want to keep them in our lives for good. You often know that you are passionate about someone or something when you start to cheer them on and root for their happiness and success as you would your own.
Love stands for respect. When you love someone, you give them the respect that they deserve and put value on them and their life. You admire their talents, strengths, and individuality. Disrespect such as disregard, scorn, or hatred towards someone else does not show them love in a way that real love stands for.
Love stands for forgiveness. This is a hard one for many people as trespasses against them are hard to let go of. However, if you really love someone (or in some cases love yourself) then you will forgive them for the mistakes that they made against you and move on without hatred in your heart. This doesn’t mean that you have to forget what they have done to you, but it does mean that you can’t truly love someone (or yourself) if you have a wall of anger, hate, or mistrust built up. Where there is love, there has to be forgiveness.
Love stands for encouragement. It means that you are willing to support someone else in their endeavours, even if you don’t agree with their endeavours. For example, many people would not allow their husbands or sons to go off to war if they could help it, but they love them enough to allow them to make the choice that makes them feel good about themselves and their life. They encourage their decision and pray for their success.
Love stands for sharing yourself. It does not entail boasting or bragging about your life to other people, but rather sharing in your successes, accomplishments, and even failures. It’s about opening yourself up to someone and allowing them to see your deepest and darkest secrets. It’s about loving them enough to share your life and your private thoughts with them.
Love stands for faith. It means showing your confidence towards others and helping them feel confident as well. It’s about not putting on a sour face that puts the person you love on a shaky ground, but rather standing behind them and having the conviction that their beliefs are right for them and that their life is going in the exact direction that it should be heading. Faith is the absence of doubt.
So, in the end, what does love stand for? It stands for a deep respect and understanding towards others and yourself. It is about looking at the bright side of life, and seeing the good that it has to offer you. It is about looking past the negativity and the wrong doings of others (and yourself) and moving forward towards a bright future. In the end, love stands for happiness and peace.

    Respect Yourself and Others

Respect is one of the things people want the most from others. There is a lot of misunderstanding about ways to get respect from another person or how to respect yourself. Most people have the mentality that they should try to demand respect or it should be given to them. This hardly ever works and will only cause you more disrespect. In this article I am going to give you some insights in several great methods to gain another person’s respect the right way and make it last as well as how to respect yourself.

Why Do I Want The Respect?

When you gain another person’s respect they will honor your judgement, believe in your abilities, think highly of you, regard you in high esteem, and trust what you tell them to be the truth. Respect can be gained from a variety of people such as family, friends, co-workers, bosses, and even strangers. You will know when you around people who respect you. There will be that feeling that they hold you in high esteem and that when you speak they listen. This helps build much stronger relationships with others.
Earning self-respect is just as hard as earning the respect of others. When you have self-respect under your belt you will be more confident, trust your judgement, have high self-esteem, and generally love yourself more. When I say earning self-respect, it is every bit the truth. You have to earn your own self-respect just like that from others. Again, this can be easy for some and more difficult for others.  There are other places that having respect will help you as well.
If you are at a job, you want your co-workers to respect you. If they don’t it’s more then its going to make your job much harder and less likely for you to enjoy. Getting respect in the workplace will bring more meaning to the work you do, you will enjoy your job more, you will have opportunities to express yourself, you will be able to advance farther, lower work stress, and generally get along better with the people around you.
For some people earning respect will be easier than others. There are some sure-fire strategies that will help you gain most people’s respect. Before you try any of these strategies you must first respect yourself.

    How To Respect Yourself

If you don’t respect yourself you will never be able to earn the respect of others. Respecting yourself starts out with a few simple things. Once practiced they will build into a form of self respect nobody can take away.
First love yourself. If you don’t love yourself you will never be able to give yourself respect. Don’t focus on your flaws and negative things that happen to you. Instead look at your pluses, and your personal traits and skills. I don’t care who you are you have pluses and skills. Everyone has their own special abilities. So what if you can’t draw as good as another person. You might have better people skills. Also, it doesn’t matter what you look like either. There are people of all ages and sizes that love themselves no matter how many people tell them they are old and ugly. Can you give me one good reason why you shouldn’t love yourself for who you are? No.
After you understand you need to love yourself, then you need to believe in your choices and abilities. Even if you are wrong sometimes it’s OK. Nobodies perfect. You need to believe in your ability to succeed. If you don’t believe in yourself nobody will. Believing in yourself is really quite easy. Things that will help you are trusting your judgement, not second guessing your choices, realize can do anything, persevere, and don’t let what others say bother you.
Other people will try to say and do things to bring you down from time to time. The main thing is to not let them bother you. Ignore the negatives and thrive on the positives. Even if you have to avoid some people  or situations completely you might be better off.

Strategies To Earn The Respect Of Others

Once you figure out how to love yourself than you are half way to earning the respect of others. People are more likely to respect you if you respect yourself. Once that is achieved than you need to build trust, lead by example, do what you say, and have integrity. If you have these traits under your belt most people will respect you. Some will be easier than others and for some it may take a long time, but these traits are common to people who get a lot of respect.
Building trust isn’t as hard as most people make it out to be. Don’t lie and do what you say. That’s the easiest way to build trust. If you lie to people and they know it, they won’t trust you. Word spreads quickly as well. The last thing you want is a reputation for being a lier. There is a fine line between lieing and telling a exaggerated story. You need to understand the boundaries and how people see the stories you tell them. If your stories are always stretched, then they may think you are lying even when you don’t believe so. Take those things into consideration. Not doing what you say will also stop someone from giving you their trust. When you do what you say and what you are supposed to do when nobody is around, that shows you have integrity. A person with good integrity will have a much easier time earning respect.
Another way to get respect from others is to treat them respect. They will notice when you give them respect. Don’t suck up to another person. Just show them the kind of respect you want them to give you.  Everyone deserves a little respect. If the person does not show respectful characteristics at least show them some respect. A little will go a long ways.
There isn’t a magic trick you can do to instantly gain the respect of someone or yourself. It’s a process and with some may take more time than others. Some people will instantly respect themselves while others have to earn their own self-respect. Work hard at this and you will be able to gain respect for yourself and from others.

HOW TO BUILD TRUST BY BEING HONEST?

You may have wondered about how great people build and maintain a reputation of integrity and earn the respect of the people around them. You can spot someone who is respected and trusted by his friends and family right away. People look up to him, go to him for advise, and take his word seriously. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to build this kind of reputation for yourself as well?
    Honesty is Key
There is really no simpler answer to the question of how to build a reputation of integrity than honesty. Honesty builds trust. Being true to your word, keeping your promises, and making sure that you do whatever it is you say will do are all that it takes for people to see you as a reliable, dependable, and trustworthy person. This applies to all aspects of human relationships. Honesty is the foundation of any romantic relationship, as well as in business. Politicians are often stereotyped as being far from honest, which is why we are immediately attracted to those who seem squeaky clean and those who consistently live up to their campaign promises. Children are taught to be honest from the moment they learn to socialize. Most people, whether they admit it or not, put a premium on honesty, since honesty builds credibility, and credibility, in turn, affects how effectively we can influence others.
    Building Trust with Honesty
Be honest about the small things.
You may not realize it, but a lot of people are observing you as you go through your day. They may not be there looking over your shoulder 24 hours a day, but they are often around as you do the major tasks of your day, such as office work, school work, and even grocery shopping. You may also be surprised to know that people around you tend to notice even the smallest things that occur in their environments. A co-worker may notice that you failed to return a pencil that you borrowed from her, and then you failed to return her calculator the week after that. A classmate may notice that you are constantly late for school-related group meetings. These are small things that add up to your reputation. Not being honest about what you are going to do or not do gives people the impression that you are not someone they can rely on. Being dishonest about the small things can also lead others to think that if you can be dishonest about a small thing, then there’s always that chance that you may bend the truth when it comes to more important issues as well.
Confess your mistakes right away and offer solutions.
We often commit mistakes in the workplace. This could be about something as trivial as forgetting to meet a deadline or crashing the office database. I have often been tempted so many times to downplay a mistake and try to sweep it under the rug, especially if the mistake is something that I think is small or trivial. However, I realized that I will make these mistakes, small or large, as I continue on with my interactions with others, in the office or out of it. Continuously downplaying my mistakes or not acknowledging my faults time and time again will not do any good for my reputation. A better way would be acknowledging the mistake, no matter how small it is, giving a sincere apology, and offering solutions. The last step would be to make sure that the mistake never happens again. Most people will appreciate this kind of honesty, because it shows that you are not the type of person who commits an error and then runs. This shows that you can shoulder the consequences of your actions and you are willing to work on your mistakes.
    Do what you say.
I struggled with this aspect of honesty for a long, long time. There are times when I have all the intention in the world to do something at a particular times. However, other things, such as schedules, laziness, fear, etc. get in the way and I end up not doing that thing which I promised myself or another person that I would do. All the intention in the world will not mean anything if there is no follow-through, and this is something that people notice if you do it often enough. Having a reputation like this is not good for anyone, especially if you own a business or offer a service and customers expect things and services from you on time. Lack of dependability can shatter any business in a day, and can ruin relationships that you have taken years to build.
    Don’t lie.
This is simple enough, but it can be so hard to do, especially if you find yourself in a situation where you think you can easily get away with it. You may get away with lying once or twice, but once you get caught, this changes the other person’s perception of you. Lying to yourself is a reflection of how you respect others and yourself. And you only need to be caught lying once in order to be tagged with a reputation as someone who bends the truth. So don’t lie. No matter how trivial it is, no matter how it easy getting away with lying seems to be, avoid it all costs. The lie may be small, but the consequences are far-reaching.
Honesty is the key to a reputation of integrity. Practice a life of honesty by meaning what you say, fulfilling your commitments, and sticking to the truth at all times. You may feel like lying is the easy way out when it comes to certain situations, but the consequences could be disastrous if you are found out. People are watching you, whether you notice it or not. So practice honesty in all aspects of your life, from your family life to your work life, and you will slowly build a reputation as a person of integrity and character, someone worthy of another person’s trust.

    12 Reasons to Love Yourself

There are plenty of reasons to love yourself that you may not have ever considered. Despite what some people might tell you, loving yourself is not a selfish endeavor. It is essential to love yourself in order to have a life that is truly fulfilling.
    1. Loving yourself motivates you to care for your health and your mind. If you truly appreciate and love yourself, you are more likely to eat healthy food and exercise. You are more likely not to purposely harm yourself if you feel that you are worth more.
    2. You will enjoy spending time alone. You deserve to enjoy your own company because it is inevitable that you are going to spend a lot of time with yourself. You deserve to enjoy every second of the time you spend alone. You will be able to recognize all the good qualities you possess and you will become your own best friend rather than dread the quiet times.
    3. You will treat other people better. One of the best reasons to love yourself is that you won’t feel envious of others when they experience all the good things that life has to offer. You won’t feel the need to knock them down out of jealousy and you won’t feel good when bad things happen to them. You will be genuinely happy for the people around you.
    4. Loving yourself boosts your self-esteem. You will feel great about yourself and won’t care about what other people think. You will have the strength to accept criticism that comes your way because you’ll feel confident. Risks you take will help you learn about yourself and the world around you.
    5. When you love yourself, you have more to offer others. Rather than looking to others for acceptance, you will help them because you are a good person. You won’t be another people pleaser because you already accept yourself.
    6. You will refuse to bend over backwards for others. When you respect and love yourself, you do not care if others accept you. You have your own personal power and confidence that keeps you from appearing needy and desperate.
    7. Your emotions won’t take you for a ride. Stability will discourage you from relying on others for validation. You will feel that you are in control of your emotions and your actions will demonstrate this.
    8. Loving yourself means you won’t sabotage your successes. You know what you deserve, and you know that any success you achieve has been earned. Many people find ways to subconsciously hurt themselves, whether it involves love, work or school success.
    9. One of the best reasons to love yourself is that you will achieve your goals. Loving yourself gives you the drive and motivation necessary to aim high.
    10. Rather than running from your mistakes, you will learn from them. You will not feel ashamed when you make small errors. They will become learning experiences for you.
    11. You can really only make one person happy: yourself. You cannot force anybody else to be happy but you can help by starting with yourself.
    12. Loving yourself makes it more likely for somebody else to love you. If you are in a relationship, loving yourself will help the other person cement his or her love for you as well because you become a more loving person.
There are many other reasons to love yourself, and they are all good. You should aim to love yourself for any reason you deem fit.
